BenchLayer
White-label engineering for agencies

The build team behind your agency’s yes.

Your clients are asking for AI agents, workflow automation, API integrations, and web applications. We deliver them under your brand — scoped, QA’d, and managed end to end. Your clients never hear our name.

How it works

Three steps. No lock-in at any of them.

What we build

The work your team can sell but can’t staff.

White-label guarantees

Invisible is the entire product.

NDA before anything

We sign yours or ours before we see a single client detail.

Zero client contact, ever

The white-label agreement bans us from contacting your clients — permanently, in writing.

No BenchLayer branding

Deliverables, repos, docs, and dashboards carry your brand or no brand. We don’t exist.

One point of contact, four-hour replies

One person scopes your work, QAs it, and replies inside four business hours, with a written status every Friday.

Pricing

Transparent pricing. Every number is public.

The retainers are month-to-month, and every relationship starts with the $1,000 pilot — one real project, two weeks, credited toward month one. Full details on the pricing page; per-project work is priced by range on the services page.

Who you’re dealing with

A person, not a portal.

Javid Sadat
Javid SadatFounder, BenchLayerLinkedIn

I’m Javid, the founder — and your single point of contact. I scope every project, QA every deliverable before you see it, and answer email inside four business hours, Pacific time. You will never be handed to an account manager, because there isn’t one.

It’s a deliberately small operation: me on scoping and QA, and a senior engineer I’ve worked with for years on delivery. You get the same people on every project, and I vouch for the work personally.

FAQ

The honest FAQ.

How do I know you won’t poach my clients?

Our entire model depends on agencies trusting us behind their brand — touching one client would end the business. The white-label agreement makes it contractual: no contacting or soliciting your clients, permanently. You will always be the only party your client knows.

What do we tell our client about who’s building this?

Your call. ‘Our development team’ is a fair description, not a cover story: we work at your direction, under your brand, inside your accounts, and nothing we deliver carries our name. If a client runs a formal vendor review, we help you answer it honestly — see the Security page.

Who owns the code and IP?

Your agency (or your client, per your own agreement with them). On payment, everything transfers: repos, credentials, documentation. No license-back, no hostage code.

What if something breaks after handover?

If a delivered build doesn’t do what its signed spec says, we fix it free for 90 days after handover. That’s a defect warranty, not open-ended free work — changes and new requirements are a fresh scope or a care plan. A post-launch bug is ours to fix, not yours to explain.

What happens if you miss a deadline?

We scope in written milestones with dates before work starts. If a milestone slips, you hear it from us before you notice — with a recovery plan. Persistent slippage is grounds to walk with all work product; month-to-month terms mean we re-earn the retainer every month.

What don’t you do?

SEO, paid media, brand design, and content — that’s your side of the fence. We also don’t take direct clients in your vertical while you’re an active partner.

One project. $1,000. Two weeks.

If the work isn’t retainer-quality, you walk with the deliverable and we’ve wasted our time, not yours. If it is, the fee credits to month one.
