The delivery pipeline — encryption, a private repository, CI, deployment, and monitoring — runs inside accounts BenchLayer administers centrally, and deploys to accounts you control. Access is scoped to each project, logged, and revoked at handover; no client production secrets are stored on individual engineering machines.

Repositories, build environments, and the credentials we’re issued live in accounts BenchLayer owns and administers centrally — never on an individual engineer’s machine. What we deliver runs in accounts you or your client control.
Least-privilege access
Access is granted per project, logged, and revoked at handover. Production credentials and client PII are never stored on individual engineering machines.
NDA before disclosure
We sign an NDA before receiving any client information — yours or ours, whichever is stricter. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement.
Full subprocessor transparency
Our MSA lists every person and location with access to your projects. You will never learn something about our structure from a third party.
Handover without hostages
On payment, everything transfers: code, infrastructure, documentation, credentials. We keep nothing that lets us touch a delivered system without your written request — a care plan is that request, on the same scoped, logged, revocable terms.
Continuity planning
Documented handover state at every milestone and Friday written statuses on file — so your work is always recoverable from the record, never locked in one person’s head. We are a small team and we will not pretend otherwise: nothing about your project is undocumented.
