BenchLayer collects only the information you give us directly: your name, email, and anything you include in messages or calls. We use it to respond to you and to run our engagements — nothing else.

We don’t sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across the web. Service providers we rely on (hosting, email, scheduling) process data only on our instructions.

Client project data is governed by the stricter terms of our mutual NDA and MSA, which take precedence over this page.
