Built to be invisible. Run like it’s your own team.
White-label only works if your client never has a reason to wonder who did the work. Everything below — the operating rhythm, the guarantees, the hard questions — exists to protect the only thing that matters here: your relationship with your client.
What working with us feels like.
One shared channel
A Slack Connect channel (or your PM tool) per agency. Every request, every update, one place. Email works too if that’s your rhythm.
Friday written status
Every active engagement gets a written status each Friday: what shipped, what’s next, what’s blocked. Formatted so you can forward it to your client with your logo on it.
Four-hour replies
Pacific business hours, replies inside four, from your single point of contact. Communication lapses are why agencies fire white-label partners — we treat response time as a deliverable.
Your tools, not ours
Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Basecamp — we work inside your system rather than making you learn ours.
The difference a build team makes.
Without a build team, an agency turns down projects it cannot staff, waits weeks to hire, carries fixed payroll, and leaves clients waiting. With BenchLayer, it says yes and the work gets built: a two-week pilot to start, month-to-month terms, and delivery shipped under the agency’s own brand.
Asked by every agency. Answered in writing.
Do you sign our NDA and white-label agreement?
Yes, before we see anything — yours or ours, whichever is stricter. Ours includes a permanent non-solicitation of your clients and a no-branding clause covering every deliverable.
Will you join client calls?
If you want: as ‘your team,’ under your domain, introduced however you like. Or we stay fully invisible — either works. We never join a client call you haven’t arranged.
What if we grow past your capacity?
Capacity grows with committed retainers — that’s what Bench Reserve is for. We’ll always tell you our real limits before you sell against them; overpromising capacity is how white-label partnerships die.
